Joe Shmoes guide to Eberron. [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-04-05, 06:14 PM As I was reading through the Eberron handbook, it dawned on me that there are alot of things in Eberron that the average person on the streets of Sharn would not know. King whatshisfaceIII of Karrnath is a vampire, the whole stiuation with drooam, the existance of the outer planes? All of these things are not things the average 1st level fighter would know. Has anyone done something like a "Average joe"'s Eberron guide? If not it sounds like a fun project.

06-05-05, 12:27 AM There's an appendix in the City of Towers novel which doesn't reveal anything severe. It makes a nice, clean guide to Eberron.

06-05-05, 10:20 AM Well theres only a few people (his family and a few trusted advisors), that know anout Kaius I being Kaius III because he is a vampire. So it is obvious that a commoner in Sharn wouldn't know. The average commoner would know there are planes, but not their names or anything about them. As for the Droaam situation, if you mean how Dennith hires them, the average commoner would know because almost everyone served in the last war.
