| Hellcow08-11-07, 12:12 PM | Most likely? Nothing. If they know anything, it's what they pick up from their own "dreams". Kalashtar don't go to Dal Quor when they sleep, but the may see images drawn from the memories of their quori spirit - or possibly memories of others tied to their spiritual lineage, filtered through the spirit. However, this doesn't come with an explanation or glossary. They may have dreams of battles against horrific nightmare creatures, or even people who look like them fighting mysterious psionic assassins. But they won't know if these things are just dreams, memories of the past, visions of the future, or whatever. It's quite possible that an orphan kalashtar would build up a complex and completely wrong mythology around the events of these dreams, which could certainly be interesting. Of course, if he does have Knowledge (the Planes), he could put two and two together... but at that point his knowledge is really coming from his Knowledge skill. |

And pretty much what I would have said, although now that I've actually thought about it, I think that would make an awesome character, and an awesome adventure around that character. A quest for identity kind of thing. Actually, I'd say it would be even better as a stand-alone story. Out of curiosity, why do you ask? |

Thank you very much Keith.:) Out of curiosity, why do you ask? You said it for me: I think that would make an awesome character, and an awesome adventure around that character. A quest for identity kind of thing. :) |
