Talon Blackhart 05-05-05, 11:49 AM	Ok, so I'm trying to come up with some ideas for a campaign I'm running soon, and I was wondering this: Has anyone come up with ideas for religious or secular festivals or holy days in Khorvaire? I have the list from S:CoT, but it mentioned that those were only the ones celebrated in Sharn. Any suggestions or sources for more festivals?
Grynn 05-05-05, 03:48 PM	There are quite a few celebrations listed in the Sharn sourcebook. I don't know about any others, but it could be fun to develop some.
KP91 05-07-05, 02:23 PM	Well, some of those festivals are celebrated everywhere. Probably the Day of Mourning and the start of the Silver Flame. But, make up battles of the last war. It seems that Sharn's holidays are based on attacks in the war. Thrane-Holidays should be based on Purge or Silver Flame holidays. Karnnath-Holidays should be based on death of famous like rulers. Talenta Plains-Gambling Holidays and lots of them. Aernal and Valenar-Holidays dedicated to freedom from giants. Zilargo-Just constant holidays with them worshipping all religions. It's really not that hrd to make up a holiday.
