I have a friend thats going to run a d20 urban arcania game and wants us all to play characters from other dnd worlds. Im going to play an artificer who has been in the "real" world for a while. So my question is what kind of infusions could i find in the urban arcania setting.

P.S. please give the specs for each spell

Infusions, in general, manipulate gameplay concepts much more than your average spells do. Fireballs just do fire damage in an area, while there are infusions that alter what type of bonus an item grants to your AC, or what the racial requirements for another magical item are, or the like. There's very few "specific" infusions that scream "I only work in a fantasy setting, not even a modern setting with a fantasy twist." If the setting uses the d20 rules, the infusions from the Eberron Campaign Setting, Magic of Eberron, or the like should work fine.

And no, we can't give you the stats for infusions, since they are not Open Content. You'll actually need access to the books that contain them if you want to use them.

What do you mean that the artificer has been to the real world?

what i mean all around is i was wondering if there are any
"modern"ish infusions not in eberron and even the name will work.
And what i mean by real world is the urban arcana setting modern world not the eberron setting

Bull's Strength not good enough for you? :)

Look into the various d20 Modern spells. I beleive there's some that can power a battery-powered device, or manipulate data on a computer, or stuff like that. Talk to your DM and see if they can be made into infusions, too. There's plenty of precedent for that (see the aforementioned Bull's Strength).

So my question is what kind of infusions could i find in the urban arcania setting. None. That said, what modern infusions you'd ever want? Ask the DM to convert all construct stuff to robot/computer/machine stuff and you're good to go.

Disable Construct would become Disable Machine. It would deal damage to cars, circuits, et cetera. Toughen Construct would become Toughen Machine and enchance your iPod so you don't have to worry about dropping it accidentally. And so on, and so forth.

Urban Arcana book would dictate what spells can you emulate (and craft wands thereof) if you're not allowed to take the D&D spell lists into the setting.

The artificer is all about altering the way objects work.
I can't remember the name of it, but there was an anime where the main character was basically an artificer, he could look into machines and see the pattern that made them work. When he needed to, he could trace the pattern, turning a rolled up paper blueprint into something as hard and tough as a lead pipe to defend himself with.

Thats basically what your Modern Artificer would be, he intuits machines more than simply knowing how to work them. Another good example would be Forge from X-Men, who could simply look at any technology and know how it works.

Pick your infusion abilities accourdingly.
Your character has the ability to look inside any item, any object, any machine, to see the underlying patterns which make up it's existance, and if need be, to change those patterns.

Wear simple, normal street clothes, because you know that you can, at a moment's notice, infuse them to make them soft as silk, and as strong as steel. Don't worry about carrying the biggest weapon, because in the same instant, you can infuse any object you can lay your hands on with devastating power.

Nothing mechanical can stand before your power, no technology is beyond your ability to master.
