Kotus78 05-01-07, 08:36 AM	What happens to a rail car while it is in motion from the lightning rail locomotive when it becomes disconnected from the front part of the cars? How do the cars stay afloat after the locomotive has left them? Do they fall down to the earth hard or glide down.?
Kensan_Oni 05-01-07, 10:09 AM	From my understanding of Lightning Rails, the following would happen. Assuming that the carriage is not itself enchanted to go to where it needs to go, and is instead being dragged by the main carriage, the carriage will slow down and eventually stop. It will remain floating, as the conductor stone would still be working, and would be keeping the carriage in check. No crash. No people flying everywhere... it would just... stop. The hardest part would be getting out of the electrified feild and back onto the ground.
Warforged Goblin 05-01-07, 10:10 AM	Each car, IIRC, has a conductor stone embedded into its base meaning that a loose car would stay above ground and slowly come to a stop. The elemental bound to the first car pulls the others along.
