I will start the second in Karrnath, and the third on the other side somewhere. all taking place in about 5 years or less. My main goal is to tell a story where the campaigns change the world or keeps it the same, depending on wiether the PC's succeed at averting/causing disasters. The Lazaarite Princes will try to get rid of House Lyrandar. They won't but they could cripple the fleet for a while if they are lucky. that could drive up prices for the next round. Karrnath I was going to adventure in Karrnath, Thrane, Talenta, Valenar, and the morn lands. The focus would be on the Blood of Vol. I think the climax of this campaign will be the release of a huge demon/rajah the PC's must defeat. I haven't come up with anything else yet. what do people think? Is anyone else trying this? how did it go? |

However I've always liked to leave the background elements of a game... not static, thats the wrong word... but at least familiar. I don't like making too many major changes because I sometimes feel like you lose some of the character of a setting, and if you bring in new players, you have to clue them in on all the changes. |
