Good day all.

I'm wondering if anyone has been able to create a political/house map/flowchart for Khorvaire to help generate intrigue based adventures (before I dedicate a good chunk of time to it)...I've searched extensively through the boards and to no avail.

Here's the reason for the request:

I just finished running "Shadows of the Last War" for my group (with "Forgotten Forge" before it) and I would like to get them settled into Sharn (and Khorvaire). I have "Whispers of the Vampire's Blade" (which is supposed to follow next) but I realized after I purchased it that the story is a "stand alone". I will finish the schema story with "Grasp of the Emerald Claw", but I want to run something else in the interim.

I find the political angles fascinating and I want to bring that into my adventures (sometimes there's a bit too much hack and slash going on).

So if anyone has created or knows where to look for a political/house map, I would greatly appreciate it! :D

Wait...

"Vampire's" isn't a step in the schema, Forgotten Forge-Shadows-Grasp series?

I haven't read past Shadows yet, but what'd I miss?

Shoooooot....

AFAIK, there's not much out there yet that fits what you're looking for. They're all relatively household neutral, but could be easily tweaked to give you the flavor you're looking for. Just find 2+ houses that might be interested in what a potential adventure might yield...

To date, the published Eberron adventures are:

Forgotten Forge (ECS)
Shadows of the Last War (module)
Whisper of the Vampire's Blade (module)
Grasp of the Emerald Claw (module)
Eyes of the Burning Queen (Dungeon mag #113)
Steel Shadows (Dungeon Mag #115)
Fallen Angel (Dungeon mag #117)

I'm unaware of any others.

Eyes of the Burning Queen is pretty household neutral.
Steel Shadows has involvement by one household, but will need some additional work to get where I think you want to go.
Fallen Angel is fantastic, but again is pretty household neutral.

3nigma:

"Whispers of the Vampire's Blade" does not continue the schema story in any way that I can discern. The only link is the Garrow character. He appears with his OEC toadies to try and take the blade...just for kicks I guess.

The "Grasp of the Emerald Claw" adventure does conclude the schema story.

Dravot:

Thank you for supplying all of the Eberron adventures published so far.

I guess what I'm looking for is to create my own adventures (using any political/house intrigues) and connect them to the histories of the PCs. And what I was hoping for was a flowchart showing the connections and links between the houses, nobles and families. I have all of the Eberron materials, but don't have the time to map it out!

Ahh, good to know.

Thanks for all the heads-up info, guys.

Also, "Eyes of the Burning Queen" is for what character levels?

I have all the other ones, but I better pick this one up ;-). Is it written by Keith, too?

If anyone has any info on how I can get Eyes of the Burning Queen, lemme know =).

An Eberron adventure by James Wyatt
Take your first exciting foray into D&D’s newest campaign setting with a deadly foray into Sharn, City of Towers. Descend into the ruined undercity to face the legacy of the daelkyr, aberrations from the evil plane of Xoriat, and come face to face with the Queen with Burning Eyes! For 1st-level characters. It's a very good dungeon crawl, but IMO it's pretty generic and not very Eberron-y. It has Eberron specific monsters, but none of the intrigue that I've come to expect.

You can order the issue from Paizo, or check your FLGS (or even not so FLGS) for back issues.
