:) The magic item descriptions are very nice. I dislike the traditional DMG description which only covers what the item does.

I hope this is how the Eberron campaign setting book describes magic items...

I kind of doubt it, for space reasons if nothing else. Also, the schtick might get old after a little while (believe me, Wevrik is not someone you want to share a Lightning Rail compartment with for several hours at a time...).
