Dawn_of_an_Age 01-29-07, 02:27 PM	I need help with a magical beast build. The flavor concept is a Half Unicorn, Half Pegasus. I want the father to be Unicorn, and the mother to be Pegasus. I reason if the mother is Pegasus then the foal will be born by egg as per a Pegasus. This beast is to at some point in my game become the Animal Companion and mount for the Druid PC in my game who is an Elven Maiden. It will be given to her as a gift and it shall be a rare enigma amoungst its forebears, that such a union occurs and produces this offspring. Under the PC's care the egg will hatch and she will raise the youngling. The end result is to be a hybrid version of the Celestial Charger in the Monsters Manual under Unicorn, perhaps without the Levels in Cleric.
Cabral 01-29-07, 05:24 PM	Take the Unicorn and apply the winged template from Savage Species. I think it's +4 Dex and +2 wis, not sure about the speed and the maneveurability is based on the modified Dex. That's probably the easiest way. The LA is +2, might be +1 CR.
