Magic is an inherent part of Eberron, and almost every community will have one or more individuals capable of producing magic items of one sort or another. In your campaigns, do you modify the availability of found items in treasure troves, relative to other campaigns? If any peasant might carry an ensorcelled lantern or other low-level item, does it not follow that those who might prey on both the weak and strong might accumulate (even passively or accidentally) a slightly greater proportion of items than a similar predator in another setting? Is anyone modifying this aspect of the game? SK |
