I personally think Affiliations are teh awesomeness! I love how they give PCs big rewards for serving the interest of their affiliation, and the executive powers add a whole new level to the game. I vote A! :)

I found affliations they are in PHBII. :)

What affiliation score criterion would you suggest?

What benefits based on your affiliation score would you suggest?

The Scale is equal to somewhere between 12 to maybe 14 or 15?

Affiliation Criteria Modifiers
Member of the citadel elite or dark lanterns +2
Expertise and Power
base attack bonus of +5 or higher
5 or more ranks in appropriate skill (gather information, diplomacy, ?)
Investigate feat +1
Wealth
Landowner
Noble Title
Parents of siblings in the affiliation

Negative modifiers?
dragonmarked -2 I would think that a dragonmark would give you a conflict of interest.
non-lawful alignment -4?
steals, breaks laws, etc -10
denounces the king of breland -10

anything else?

Benefits based on score?
I am thinking +'s to gather information
access to equiptment
place to stay
healing
diplomacy bonus when in Breland

The Citadel is the highest order of Law Enforcement in breland
