Eberron is a world of 3 parts... Syberys, the Dragon Above Khyber, the Dragon Below And Eberron, the Dragon Between. Alkaline
tylerthehobo 06-18-04, 12:18 PM	I understood it to be a physical ring around the planet, like Saturn's rings. There's a description that goes into detail about how this ring is seen at the horizon during different seasons. All in all, it's just the physical manifestation of this symbolic dragon.
