| Neofish01-01-05, 04:49 PM | The lizardfolk and the Bat thing and the Warforged Charger are all in the MM III. The Tribex and the Dragon hawk are a mystery.... |
| RatFlail OF DOOM!!!!01-01-05, 04:50 PM | o... i need to buy more books... overeacted a bit i guess.... but they are awesome looking... |
| Ricohard_Draconis01-01-05, 04:53 PM | well for most of them i would say the reason that they weren't include was: the final frontier (and if you don't get that you don't watch enough star trek) as for the last one, its a giant eagle or possibly a roc i wouldn't think that has to be included since its not eberron specific. |
| RatFlail OF DOOM!!!!01-01-05, 05:00 PM | This looks like a job for KEITH |

| Ricohard_Draconis01-01-05, 05:05 PM | right. I didn't look at the names simply the pictures and the second picture simply looks like a giant eagle of some form. my apologies i suppose then it comes under the same reason as the others. |
| RatFlail OF DOOM!!!!01-01-05, 05:09 PM | maybe theres some kind of special edition ECS thats gonna come out later cus look also in the gallery at the pictures of the place like qbarra. Id buy it. |
| Pharun01-01-05, 06:22 PM | If there is A special edition ECS coming out I'd hope WPTC wouldn't make it to expensive. |
| Gurv01-01-05, 07:12 PM | Almost every art gallery found on the site has pictures that did not make it into the books. Hardly new news. Sometimes there is just more art than there is material to warrent it. Sometimes they decide that a particular thing is not interesting enough to add to the cost of publishing it. I'm sure that the dragonhawk and the tribex are very interesting creatures...but neither introduces anything especially new to the game. The dragonhawk is a flying mount (likely similar to giant eagles statistically, maybe with some extra power), and the tribex is a beast of burden, isn't it? |
| Euangelion01-01-05, 09:18 PM | As others have said, it appears to me as well that the dragonhawk was supposed to be a flying mount larger than a giant eagle but smaller than the roc. I could have sworn someone official or semiofficial said it was going to be in MMIII, but I might be imagining things. Apparently its not in that book. There's always a chance it will be included in the Five Nations sourcebook coming out later this year. |

| Joni-san01-02-05, 01:33 AM | This looks like a job for KEITH!* Keith and Ellen: Quick! to the Cowmobile! *Dash* *Weedluudiweedudi-sound and a spinning Bossy face to a multicolored background* Yeah, I'm also of the opinion that there's a chanse that we might see the tribex and the dragonhawk in the Five Kingdoms book *Exclamation point my addition :P |
| ieattrollsforbreakfast01-02-05, 07:26 AM | Ah the mystery of the dragonhawk! A while ago I asked on the AKB thread what a dragonhawk's powers were. Unfortunately, he was unable to answer due to NDAs...so I'm hoping its something good! I asked about the tribex too, but got the same reply. I'm not sure the Tribex will be included in the Five Nations, since it doesnt seem tied to any of the Five Nations, but I expect we will see the 'Aundairian Dragonhawk.' Perhaps the tribex will appear in the Explorer's Handbook. |
