Multiple Artisan feats...Items for free? [Archive] - Wizards Community

i'm writing in regard to the three Artisan feats presented in the Eberron Campaign setting: Exceptional Artisan, Extraordinary Artisan, and Legendary Artisan. The feat chart has a foot note (2) indicating that these three feats can be taken mulitple times and its effects stack, however, the description of these feats says nothing of the sort (which would usually be listed under Special, such as in the case of Extra Music).

My question is: Can a character take these feats multiple times to the point that items could be made for free in terms of XP or gold, or be created instantly, if one were to take the same feat four times?

thanks for any response on this matter, as i hope it'll be cleared up in the Eberron Campaign Setting errata.

10-08-04, 08:34 PM No, you cannot take these feats more than once each. The chart is wrong on that.

10-08-04, 11:37 PM Remember one rule, when the charts and text disagree, the text always the one you should assume to be correct. WotC has stated this a couple of times in their FAQ and Errata.
