SuperJohan 03-26-05, 06:28 AM	Hello dear wanderers of Ebberon. Welcome to the campaign i am going to start this sunday.... Actually the campaign has begun on November 2004 in the World's Largest Dungeon but after some complaints about the players for getting tired of corridor after corridor after room after room it's time for some change........ The party is at the moment level 6 and this sunday some major shifts are going to happen in the dungeon, after it the party will awake in Ebberon.... When they awake they will be in the Endworld mountains wondering where the hell they are :D Stay tuned for more.....
SuperJohan 03-29-05, 11:35 AM	Introduction of Party Ok as noted above the party started in the WLD and doesn't know anything of Eberron. Some races don't exist in Ebberron but the campaignsetting says everything from standard D&D has a place in Eberron.... The party consists of: - Slate N Stonechild 1 / Druid 5 / Master of Many Forms 1 - Zoo CN Stonechild Barbarian 1 - Melanux N Doppelganger Rogue 1 - Bella LN female Whisper Gnome Fighter 4 / Order of the Bow Initiate 2 - Bob NG Whisper Gnome Sorcerer 7 - Ulfgar CG Dwarf Cleric 7 The Earthquake Another corridor after that one and some Gricks closing in on the party, but there were some minor tremors which got worse after the Gricks closed in and suddenly they saw the floor crack open with lava spilling out..... Panick erupted and everyone ran away while Zoo was fighting with the Gricks.... The Awakening There eyes opened and they saw a bright sun shining down on them.... "WE'RE OUTSIDE, WE'RE OUTSIDE.... WOOOHOOOOOO!!!!" Slate shouted and his own party was underway. Ulfgar didn't like it all, his connection to his god was gone, something was amiss... But how could he still get his divine powers.... After an hour of Slate and Zoo party they finally came to a rest. "Where the hell are we?" asked Melanux. "Who cares, we are outside WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" was Slate's reply. When they looked down the mountaintop they were on they saw a little kobold patrol coming up the road toward them. Everyone quickly hid behind some rocks but Bella didn't hide all that well and the Kobolds quickly found her. Babbling something in Draconic to her she was like :confused: But slate the only one who knew Draconic understood what they were saying: "Who are you, Who are you??" and Slate came from behind the rocks and said to them: "We are sent from the stars and the world" Kobolds with eyes wide open fell to the ground neeling before Slate and everyone came out of there hiding places. One of the kobolds stood up, apparantly the leader, "I am meepo, i welcome you all, sons of Ebberon and Syberys. Please allow me to guide you to our kingdom. We will be very honored to have you as guests." So they traveled to the kingdom of the kobolds.....
SuperJohan 03-29-05, 11:53 AM	The Kobold King When they met the king they Slate told the same story to the king as he did to Meepo. The king of kobolds obviously being smarter and wiser than the other kobolds immedeatly noticed that the party wasn't send by Syberys or Ebberon but he saw use for them and asked if they could get rid of Gurgur and his band.. "If you are really sent by Sybberys and Ebberon you can help us a lot. Gurgur is a menace to our kingdom a long time and if you will defeat him for us, our best fighter will accompy you on your travels." The party accepted and on they went with a retinue of 14 kobolds who would accompany them on there mission.
SuperJohan 03-29-05, 12:06 PM	The battle with Gurgur and his band They traveled again along a pass and after 5 hours of travel they saw some halfspears in the ground with skeletonheads of kobolds on them.... "This is bad, why didn't we just went away from that King, WHAT DO WE EVEN NEED A KOBOLD FOR!!!!!!!!" said Bob.. "Hey, if I lose my Greataxe i can always hit things with the Kobold" was Zoo's reply So they traveled on and after another mile they saw above them in the mountain a large cave opening with an altar in front of it. The altar was made by the kobolds to bring sacrifices to Gurgur. There were a lot of boulders next to the cave opening. The kobolds allready trembling on there feet stood there. "Damn those stupid kobolds" Bob muttered But Ulfgar and Melanux had an excellent plan... If they could get those boulders above the cave opening without awakening Gurgur the could set a trap. "Hooray for those little gnomes we have with us" Melanux said sharp. So they were 2 hours busy getting the boulders above the cave opening... A courageous kobold stood on top of the altar and shouter: "GURGUR, YOU STUPID BIG BULLY COME OUT" From the cave was a loud dark shout: "WHO DARES TO INSULT ME" and the ground began to shudder.. "Oh oh" Bob said and he casted Fly on himself and flew up in the sky... A mountain troll and a foursome of Ogres came out of the cave opening... Melanux released the trap and the boulders fell on top of them... A battle erupted, and Gurgur was in a mad frenzy by now. Everything he saw got smashed...... Slate and Ulfgar were busy with 3 Ogres and Bella fled when Gurgur came to close, the kobolds were courageous and stood their ground.... But Gurgur quickly made smashed kobolds of them, but the kobolds saved some time for the party which quickly finished the battle thereafter.... "Damn that giant was stupid" bob said "Look who's talking, Mr Scared Look me Flying in the Air" answered Zoo
SuperJohan 03-29-05, 12:19 PM	The Talenta Plains When they came back to the king, the king was dissapointed the kobolds didnt survive, but he was glad that Gurgur was finally dead. As he promised his best fighter Vadora went with them. Vadora looked different though as other kobolds. He had striking blue eyes..... The king also gave them a magic wand and a letter which he told was given to him by a human explorer some sixty years ago... He asked the kobold if someone else would come to him to ask if he could give that letter to Shimar in Sharn should he not return in 5 years... The explorer did not return for 60 years and that gave the kobolds more suspicion about the dark jungles behind the mountains... He adviced them to go for the desert as the jungle is cursed with dark things..... So the party went to the Talenta plains... Slate wild shaped into a camel and casted longstrider on Zoo. The 2 gnomes and the kobold sat on the camel and Ulfgar and Melanux sat on the dire bat companion of Slate. Within a day of travel they were luckily out of the desert and they entered the plains of the halflings... They set up camp and in the distance they noticed some lights shimmering... The next day they saw that the lights came from a halfling caravan in the distance...

ThatOneMonk 03-29-05, 01:25 PM	:mymy: yowzah... I'd be confused as hell if I was in that party. they obviously couldn't ask who sybrrys and eberron are, and they have no idea where they are! Plus, the dwarf is out of contact with his god, and that's no good... sounds like tons of fun though, theyre gonna go nuts when they see Sharn. A metropolis with goblins and other monsters living with the goodly races? wow. not to mention warforged... "What do you mean this golem is alive?!?" :confused: nice job man, i like it
