What are peoples thoughts about appropriate names for characters in Eberron?

What do you imagine are the standard naming conventions? I see that members of one of the Dragonmarked Houses are often d'housename. But I also see several NPCs that are ir'Something. Does that mean something in particular?

I'm actually finding surprisingly little to go on since all of the class examples are first name only and there are relatively few NPCs (without delving into the adventure chapters, which I'm trying to avoid) to use as examples.

Specifically I'm looking for male gnome and female dwarf names.

Do they match the names given in the PHB? I don't really see that working too well (and still the PHB only gives first name suggestions for the various races) as Eberron has a different feel, partly through language (i.e. gnomes don't seem like they ought to have names like Boddynock, Namfoodle and Waywocket).

Maybe someone ambitious could put together a list of names by race and gender? Or better yet maybe Wizards could put up an web enhancement with a hefty list of suggested racial names and surnames.

ir' denotes membership of the Galifar royal family.

There's some useful information on surnames on page 138.

What I'd like is some detail on individual family lines within dragonmark houses... it'd be nice to be able to mix up your d'Tharashks with d'Karshs and d'Shovays (or what have you).
