Galen_Michael 10-27-05, 02:37 PM	Hi All, In my campaign there is a sub-sect of the Chamber who sees it as their duty to fulfill each and every verse of the Prophecy they come across AT ANY COST. They don't care how many people suffer or die, how many nations are sundered or cast into chaos, only that the Prophecy is fulfilled. For instance, if a verse of the Prophecy reads, "Only the sacrifice of the first-born of each of the kings of men, while the heir of Siberys bears witness, will bring about the plague of Khyber and the ruin of all," most dragons would try to stop this from happening, but not this group. Fulfill the Prophecy at any cost! Now then, I need help naming this group. Something that conveys both their goal and their willingness to do anything to achieve that goal. Some names I came up with to give you an idea of what I am talking about: Ushers of Destiny Servants of the Catclysm The Inevitables But I would like YOUR help coming up with a really GOOD name. They do this because the mortal races are not strong enough to defeat what the Draconic Prophecy predicts is coming. Sort of a forced "Survival of the fittest" thing. A very Draconian outlook, if I do say so... :D Any ideas would be great

A very Draconian outlook, if I do say so... :D Any ideas would be great Stormguard - as in preparing for the coming storm. The Crucible - as in refining the people of Eberron by fire. The Cleansing Flame - just sounds so positive. There's a temptation in Eberron to see the Dragons as the good guys. They might be, but that doesn't help you if you're the disease. :)

Siberys 10-28-05, 05:03 PM	I think that it would be better if the name of any chamber subsects were short and sweet, one word, not normally associated with dragons. "the Ushers" would be perfect for a chamber sudsect, as would "The Omens", etc...
