| misanthropictodd01-12-05, 01:28 AM | ok here is the deal i suffer from dm burn out. my group is a dm sapping machine. it does not matter who runs it always ends the same lots of bloodshed at 10th level. so i devised a plan i proposed we trade off dming at the end of a published adventure. enter excuse to pick up the eberron setting. so what i need to know is are the adventures published for ebberon appropriate for this style of play? sadly i can't read them to find out because i don't know which ones i will be playing. the plan is more or less mission based team style play but open to suggestions from people who have played what exists so far.please try to not spoil anything for me. thanks :bigeyes: |
| BMStroh01-12-05, 08:22 AM | The three adventures are written to be used as a series, or as standalone 'bring your own hook' adventures. With that said, there are a few threads that tie them together, so if you run the first one, you may (or may not; the connection is vague, and not necessarily something players will notice) be required to bite your tongue a bit during the next two. The relationships between them are not so strong that the modules will be ruined for someone who has already run something earlier in the series, IMO. |
