We've played the official Eberron adventures till now (Forgotten Forge, Shadows of the Last War and recently Whispers of the Vampire's Blade).
The problem is, the party size has been increased recently...
(three new players, to be accurate)
Here's the problem: we're stuck in the Whispers of the Vampire's Blade adventure and I have to introduce a Human Wizard, a Kalashtar Monk and a Changeling Rogue to the (rather small) party of a Human Rogue and a Warforged Fighter/Paladin.
I don't want to spoil but we're in Trolanport, headed for the Airship...
Any Ideas?

Have your players work out a common backstory so that the three newcomers are already good friends of one or both current players. Then, when they meet up by happenstance in Trolanport, they'll be happy to help out their friends. It'll be a lot easier and more natural than the typical "meeting in a bar", and you don't have to find excuses for them to want to work together.

I've talked to the player of the Changeling Rogue and he's going to pose as the lost brother of the Human Rogue.
The Wizard has already appeared once but I don't have an idea how to throw him in the midst of this new adventure.
And for the Kalashtar Monk, well I have no idea how to forge a connection to the other pcs (yet)
Maybe he's a passenger aboard this airship... (sounds like an excuse huh?)
Have you played Whispers of the Vampire's Blade?
It's great, but as I said, it's hard to introduce new characters during an adventure without having the new players wait for their introduction and boring them to death.
Still I appreciate your help.

The plot of Vampire's Blade is such that there can be any number of groups following the same path. There are several examples of this in the random encounters and in a couple of the set piece encounters.

So, introduce your new PCs as agents acting on behalf of whatever group makes sense. Once both groups realize that they've got a common goal, they can join forces, at least until it's time to divide the prize. :)

There are any number of parties interested in getting involved in the chain of events presented here. Have the new players inserted from an ally of the current players patron who has been following things from the shadow.

:D :D Thanks folks!
I'm looking forward for the next gaming session (which will be next week, at least I hope it will).
I'll give your ideas a try and see how my dear players like it.
