Next wednessday I start DM'ing my first campaign, starting off with the published adventures for Eberron. My only problem is, that I have only three players to kill play with. They have maded their characters and out came an Valenar Archer (Elven Fighter), Warforged Fighter and a Goblin Rogue.

I have already found the tip, to move the Warforge in the sewers, so there is more a threat to the water.

Is this adventure too hard for three players? Should I send a DM-PC healer (not too happy with a DM-PC), or give them extra healing.

Do you have any tips to adjust this adventure to the party?

After recently running "Forgotten Forge" I can confidently say that it should be a challenge for 3 players, but not impossible. I ran it with 5 players and it was, in my opinion, too easy.
If you don't want to supply a cleric yourself, I would advise the players to stock up on healing potions which should be made available to them either to purchase at a reasonable price or through a friendly patron.

Don't adjust anything, with two-martial character the Encouters will be just fine. You can put 2 or three Cure L. wounds potion on the corpse at the beginning... And at the end, if the previous battle were harder than expected, change the Saber's Adamantine Body feat for the Mithral Body Feats or forget to use his Power Attack feat.

I'll played with a 'Forged Monk, a Kalasthar Soulknife and a Changeling Bard. Since the Bard had 4 rank in UMD, i'd put a almost depleted wand of repair damage in the Cannith forge. I''ve change nothing else. The monk was inert for a round or two... In the final fight. The Problem of the group was his low Attack bonus, a problem that you're Band doesn't have.

You may also want to just not use the beetle swarm at the end of the adventure. Without area effect spells (or some other area effect like Alchemist's fire), or a torch as an improvised weapon, the players can't hurt the swarm. The automatic damage is nasty for a group of Lvl 1 characters, especially since it can envelop 4 characters at once (it occupies a 10 by 10 area).

I had a party of 6, including two primary fighter types and I almost lost 3 to the swarm alone.
