| Mr. VanderMeer11-09-04, 04:34 PM | I just went to the page where all the Dragonshards are.... There are 20 !! If Keith keeps this up, you'll have an entire new book if you print all of them. I just want to say: Thanks  |
| Sucros11-09-04, 05:33 PM | I really liked the "steal this hook", time based adventures tend to be really fun. I especially the lycanthrope one. That one just kinda happened last game, and we forgot about it, went to a city, and GOT SPLIT UP. |
| ThanisKartaleon11-10-04, 03:45 AM | Indeed... this was one of Doug's better articles. Keep it up, man! The Touch of the Keeper was still a little generic. Some Eberron-specific suggestions: the Kobold mine is run by an unscrupulous Silver Concord Aurum member. The Courier *was* waylaid and has been replaced with a Changeling. To find where the false courier went, a speak with dead spell will definitely help. "Countdown to the Year of Undeath" is great stuff. The BoV cult would definitely be involved, though, as well. Perils presents very nice giant traps. However, those who use this hook remember that elves, drow, and warforged were all also present (as well as perhaps some other forgotten races) so some medium size stuff can fit as well. Perhaps the party stumbles into a drow training ground. Perilous stuff, as the drow were bred to be assassins. And Keith of course another great Dragonshard. That almost goes without saying.... *almost* |
| The White Sorcerer11-10-04, 07:29 AM | That could be good or bad depending on which one you actually went for. :D I chose to be a dwarf berserker. However, if a Zilargo or Talenta Dragonshard comes out before the game starts, I might still switch to either a gnome inquisitive or a halfling shaman. |
