The patience of the faithful has been rewarded, and Hellcow has re-emerged (perhaps briefly) from his self-imposed creative exile. He's also mentioned that soon he will be starting to write new Dragonshards and Eberron Expanded articles. In light of the myriad topics covered by the Players Guide to Eberron, it seems to me that a new request list is in order. Bear in mind that topics slated for printed sourcebooks will probably be off limits for a Dragonshards article, so try to limit your requests to topics that probably won't be covered any time soon.

My list for Dragonshards:
The Knights of Thrane
The Dark Cabinet of Karrnath
Pre-Mourning VIPs of Cyre
Eberron Artifacts
The Fey of Eberron

Eberron Expanded:
Heroes of Horror

VIP deathless/elven dragon hunters and the dragons they may be hunting... even with the deathless there's gotta be some pretty high powered NPC's to handle dragons

and some history on the whole elven conflict with dragons... something that big between factions that old... plenty of planning and plotting for PC's to get mucked up in, even in the current day

and dragon relations with other dragons in general... i don't see dragons on Argonessen being room-mates or "doing lunch", but i don't see them being entirely solitary either

I mentioned in another thread that I would like to see something along the lines of Wormfood from Dragon magazine. Additional info for players to use while being taken through the Mark of Heroes, published, or homebrewed adventures.

I've looked back to what I used to like about the FR articles. There was a series that expanded certain information on the FR novels (author interviews, region histories, behind the scenes action, character stats, etc).

Also, when FR came out as a published product, it was mentioned that a few regions where not going to be developed by game products (Sembia was going to be totally left alone and the Living City, forgot name, was going to be developed by the RPGA). If there could be some part of Eberron set aside for web-only development, that would be cool.

Quarky NPCs would be interesting. A 4th-level commoner (blacksmith, and a very good one at that) is still just a blacksmith. But what if he also has ranks in Knowledge (religion) because he is a Silver Flame convert? What would he do and not do for PCs?

I really like the idea of Eberron Expanded, but I wish it would relate to the older products like Savage Species, Book of Vile Darkness, etc. I did read a post by Hellcow a long time ago that he wouldn't do older sourcebooks because he expected us to have already come up with our own ideas on how to incorporate them. Sigh.

There, that's my 2 cents.

I'll put in my vote for more information on the Chamber, and how to use its members as villains (fulfill the Prophecy at any cost! No, this apocalyptic interpretation is correct!), as I'm currently using elements of that in both of my Eberron campaigns.

What can I say? I like dragons.

What are the next books? Faiths of Eberron, Secrets of Xen'drik, Dragonmarked... am I missing one that has already been announced or discovered on amazon or elsewhere?

Like Euangelion, I'd really, really like to see a Dragonshard on the Fey of Eberron, and Heroes of Horror as Eberron Expanded would be great!

Apart from these, I'd like to see some installments regarding different periods of history, important events. The Lhazaar Expeditions. Karrn the Conqueror. More Galifar Monarchs. The War of the Mark. Mostly, things that could have ties for the current age, be it for expeditions, secret cults or groups that still cling to old traditions, mysteries of history that the Dragonshard need not (should not?) solve but might present for investigation. Also, more information on what happened in the last war and when would be nice.

I'd also like to see things on folklore and celebrations. We know some from Sharn: City of Towers, but I'd like to know more about Wildnight or Sun's Blessing, and also about other feasts of other gods and religions, and how different people, nations or sects within a religion view them. Not only religious feasts, though, since they might be in Faiths of Eberron, but other, secular traditions, too.

Clarifications on how the Kingdom was run. How it was determined who became King or Queen, what happened to those who were passed over. Recently, someone asked why the Thronehold Guard refused even Mishann entry, so it might be nice to get a Dragonshard explaining what the actual justification for Kingship is (e.g. "by the grace of God", by consent of a council, some form of election, Salian Law, etc).

Wynarn University. I'm a bit ambiguous about a Dragonshard regarding that, given that it's where my campaign is playing currently, and I've fleshed it out myself, but some official ideas are always welcome. You can't always focus on Morgrave! :P That said, something on the Korranberg University would be nice too, and maybe some information on whether there are other Universities, even if they are not as famous.

For Eberron Expanded, Frostfell/Sandstorm/Stormwrack might be interesting. The races have mostly been converted in the PGtE, but I'd be much more interested in the environmental hasards, maybe the touchstones from Sandstorm, and their place in Eberron. That said, something (Dragonshard?) about Eberron Touchstones might be nice too, and come to think of it, Magical Events (DMG II).

Well, I'd like to see a few Eberron Expandeds -- one for Complete Psionic, maybe one for Magic of Incarnum, or even one for Tome of Magic.

Here are some things I'd love to see. The sourcebooks have generally been a bit disappointing on fluff, so I'm hoping that Keith can write about these topics once their
contents have been finalized. I'm also casting votes for things already mentioned.

1. Common holidays and ceremonies of Khorvaire
2. Some of the mythological stories told about the Sovereign Host (may conflict with Faiths of Eberron)
3. More history on the War of the Mark (may conflict with Dragonmarked)
4. The aquatic peoples of Khorvaire
5. The fey of Eberron

As for Eberron Expanded, Tome of Magic is at the top of my list.

1. A picture of Cyre's (Pre and Post Mourning) Coat of Arms. A verbal description is given in the FN but it would be great to have a picture. This could be added to the ]"Pre-Mourning VIPs of Cyre [/I] Shard or Expanded" requested by Euangelion

2. A Bio of House Denieths Throne Wardens, and why they did not support Mishanns claim to the throne of Galifar at Thronehold. This was discussed briefly in the PGtE, but I would like more.

The RPGA said something about a new campaign that they're producing for Eberron that involves different factions in Xen'drik. I'd like to see a series of dragonshards about that.

I would very much like to see something on the actual society of the dragons of Argonesson. I wouldn't want it to be so much on the chamber, but on how they divide themselves up, what their values are, sommon phrases, something to make the society of dragons even more interesting than it already is. Questions like: Who (what?) is the leader of Argonesson? How do they raise their young: communally or in family units? Do they seperate themselves by color lines?

I might do this myself...

I'd like an Eberron Expanded for Red hand of Doom, though it may be outside of scope.

I'll add my 2 cents for an EE article on Tome of Magic.

An Eberron Expanded on Draconomicon would be "Excellent! *Guitarr!*"

The suggestions for NPC Dragonshards sound possible. Perhaps some on smaller organisations would also be possible?

Return of "Steal this Hook" would be nice.

Eberron Expanded:
Tome of Magic
Complete Psionic
Red Hand of Doom

Dragonshard topics:
Elven-Dragon War
The Chamber
Dhakaan

I realize some of those have been covered, but surely there's more to write! :)

Same as what I said here (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=457073) still stands.

1. Expanded Psionics Handbook
2. Draconomicon
3. Magic of Incarnum

Since PGtE was basically a massive collection of Dragonshards and Eberron Expanded articles that covered a wide range of topics, I thought it would be helpful to start a fresh thread so that people could make requests for topics that had yet to be covered. For instance, I had been hoping for a Dragonshards article on the Carrion Tribes and/or the Ghaash'kala, but the information on them in the PGtE was enough for me.

I'd love a Dragonshard from Keith that discussed, say three or four Eldritch Machines with some ideas of who is using them and why. I know that sounds more like a plot hook article, but I think the notion of Eldritch Machines and locales can stand some expansion.

VIP deathless/elven dragon hunters and the dragons they may be hunting... even with the deathless there's gotta be some pretty high powered NPC's to handle dragons
The elves already have almost as many dragonshards as every other race save humans combined.
As for mine-
1. House Tharask
2. Ghaash'Kalaa Tribes
3. Fauna/Flora of Eberron- Detailing the Plant and Animal life of Eberron
4. Eberron Adaptation- Similar to the Shullaskar article, adapting an monster to Eberron
Eberron Adapted- DMG II, Complete Warrior, Unearthed Arcana

That's why I didn't request any of my Dragonshard wants and needs. All of them will likely be covered in future books.

here's another vote for aquatic races, especially the Sahuagin. I heard this was a big part of the original setting bible but got dropped from the ECS.

Psionics! Unless your top secret book is the Sarlona sourcebook that you've wanted for so long...

But psionics outside of Kalashtar and the Cults of the Dragon Below/Xoriat would be nice too. The Couatl/yuan-ti are psionic, might they not have created a tradition of psionics in eberron?

Incarnum in eberron. I realize it's not possible to contradict what's in the PGtE, but the stuff in there was not very helpful for melding it into the setting, it was more of a tack on than anything else.

If druids are ever covered again, I would like to know about Aerenel Druids or Seren Druids.
