| Isran_Imrador01-10-05, 06:40 PM | That WILL be fun! Can fans come with storys? |
| Gurv01-10-05, 06:45 PM | I like it. The more Eberron material the better! Ok, lets open the thread to theories about what actually happened to the Providence Tower. If you use the hook in your game, who, or what, caused it? The obvious is a wizard who hit the tower with evocation spells and then teleported away. Thats what they want you to think, so obviously not what happened. Perhaps a spell-battle was taking place and the target of a destructive blast teleported to safety, causing the spell to strike the tower instead? Or maybe the evocation spell was used to kill a summoned creature after it damaged the tower? A summoned earth elemental could make short work of a tower's structural integrity, and leave a conjuration aura when destroyed. Or maybe Sentinel Marshal Rorick Thyrish knows more than she claims. Or is it Watch Commander Kurna Dalgoria who isn't telling us everything? |
| Isran_Imrador01-10-05, 07:10 PM | I like it. The more Eberron material the better! The offices of Warforged Rights Now!, an advocacy group for warforged created during the Last War. 1. It could be Nolan Toranek`s followers if i may call them that..(p111 sharn) 2. A pc group with a cople of spellcasters! A d`Orien heir with teleport.. 3. Deneith showdown of some kind...(Dreaming Dark +++) |
| Sturm Jaeger01-10-05, 08:50 PM | "an arcane research group's library" A possible source for the arcane residues. |
| rwarner370101-10-05, 09:24 PM | "Thyrish said a third aura was present: a necromantic residue fainter than the other two." One of the residents was a necro and had to escape the spell sword sent to kill him by a rival or enemy. Perhaps, he's hiding in the city of the dead until he can return to the city proper. |
| RoastSlinky01-10-05, 09:50 PM | "Anti-forged terr'ists? You listen to some o' those bleddy jumped-up magewrights in the Watch, they'll prob'ly tell you t'bleddy tower was smashed by the fraggin' Keeeper! 'taint got nuffin to do wif any o' those bleddy iron monsters. No, you listen t'me, ammy: those shifty nutjob wizards on the fourth, they 'ad sommat t'do wif it. They was always bleddy suspicious, sittin' up there with their eyes bloated to the size o'dinner plates, watchin' sommat. Dunno what. But if they saw ya, they'd suddenly be just sittin' down readin some book or the other. Now I ask ya: how big windows d'ya need for a library? Not ones the size of the Gates, I'll tell ya that. But I tell ya, ammy, those wizards had sommat goin' on that t'rest o' us didn know about. You just look f'them, ammy, an' y'll find ya "sabotars"!" |
