| Caul08-13-04, 08:39 AM | First off, I'm making an adept for my game, and I know that adepts in eberron gain a domain, and that they don't get extra domain spells per day, just add those spells to their list. What I wonder is do they get the domain ability? I can't find a reference to this anywhere. |

| q'afuu08-13-04, 08:44 AM | It's not specified. I'm inclined to say they don't, that it only applies in the way explicitly mentioned (extra spells to added to the list of spells known), but there's no conclusive argument either way. Sound like a good question to Ask Keith Baker. ;) |

I intend to alter the adept class just a bit so that at 2nd level they recieve an animal companion (a la druid) rather than a familiar. I don't think this would be to unbalancing, and it would fit nicely into my picture of the character (shifter tribal shaman). Opinions? |
