I'm not sure Eehamburg, but there is always this. http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/goblin_translator.html It's not literal by any means, but it does mimick the sounds of the Dhakaani tongue fairly well.

eehamburg 10-04-06, 09:42 AM	Cultures and people tend to be reflected in their language. Language shapes how people see things and interact with the world around them. It creates identity and provides foundations and background for people. Therefore, the same holds true for fictional languages such as Old High Dhakaani. The more info that we can get, the more that we can understand this empire, its people, and its descendants. And as a result, the more fun it will be to play a goblinoid character which previous had been left to the realm of cannon fodder. Think of the possiblities. And with language, it gives it more flavor. Just think about like this ... if you are playing a hobgoblin warrior and you have information and details about the dhakaani and can use the language to make your character all that much better ...
Darth Syntax 10-04-06, 09:51 PM	I would be more than happy to polish up the word doc's that contain my rather rambling notes on OHD. When I get them into a presentable shape I would be more than happy to e-mail them to anyone interested in them. I can't say I have done much new work on OHD lately (I've been working on some other language-creation projects, moving, finishing up college, that sort of thing), so the documents contain only some additional information. That being said, I would like to get in a bit of work on OHD, and if you good forum-folk would like to give ideas and the like, I would be more than happy to listen to them. For those of you who would like copies of my original notes on the language, please PM me and I will get them to you. All I ask is that I get some credit for the creation of the language. Currently there are rather full of linguist babble (i tend to bandy about phrases like constituent ordering, ergative construction, and the like freely), which may or may not be helpful to you all. If you simply want the notes as they stand, in their current form, I will be happy to provide them. And e-mailing them is somewhat better for me as the tables and the like do not show up well on forums.

This is a rather rough list, and very few, if any lexical or gramatical rules are provided. Also please remember that OHD was spoken durring the period of time surrounding the Daelkyr Wars, and that no one speaks this language (as their native and mother tongue) in Eberron c 998 YK.
