So after some snooping around on some boards and on the net I found some nice Warforged and Eberron art. Enjoy :pumpkin:

A Warforged Artificer by Yami (http://www.jessdoor.com/galleries/art/warforged.jpg) :). She has a thread here. (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=268516)

Honesty Algebra draws some wicked 'Kreen and Cute Things™. Her Eberron pieces are nice too (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=341694&page=1&pp=50)

Mr. VanderMeer has made a few nice things (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=328380)

A Warforged Barbarian. (http://blocrecords.com/eb_brundlekai.htm) More within (http://blocrecords.com/eberron.htm)

This 'Forged is telling me to walk the other way... Fast. (http://www.brianbaum.com/art/warforged.jpg)

Thanks to Google Image I found this little bundle of cuteness (http://paizo.com/image/avatar/warforged.gif)

Some nice Elfwood pieces I've found
A "practice" piece? (http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/art/j/e/jennmallett/warforged.jpg.html) This guy practically read my mind. (http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/art/a/s/ashten/xirelfwood.jpg.html)

Edit: Used to be named "Ooh! Warforged art! Also some misc. Eberron"

Oooh, pretty stuff! Thanks for the linkage!

'Tis a pleasure to serve the community :)

Now tell me, will you start sending PM's and E-mails to certain people soon ;)...

One more thing: The Original Art section of the Journal is missing, well only the Image linking to it, can you fix it?

Love the 'Forged! Yami's one of the players in our Eberron campaign, and after checking out Honestly Algebra's stuff, it seems that there's a pattern of talented artists playing dino-riding halflings in Eberron.

:thinks:

That last pic link is the avatar that Hellcow uses at the Paizo forums, ironically!

I'm surprised that Johnny didn't share some of the wonderful stuff they've got over at Jhonen Olain's Eberron Journal, like thiswarforged paladin with a tauric belt (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/tauricwfcolor.jpg), or another view of the same paladin (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/wfpaladin.jpg), or this slick warforged inquisitive (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/warforgedinquisitive.jpg), or these sketches (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/warforgeddoodles.jpg). We can thank Darren "Yodaboy" Calvert for these, and you can also see more of his work hosted at the Eberron Journal here (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/originalart.html).

*discreetly accepts a couple copper Crowns from Johnny and pockets them*

A bit off the topic, but Yami has created lots of pieces specific to our Eberron campaign. Here's a sampling of the stuff to be found in the Galleries of her website (http://www.jessdoor.com):

Anais, human paladin of the Silver Flame and his mount Khan (http://www.jessdoor.com/galleries/art/annias.jpg)

Demetrius, human fighter/monk (http://www.jessdoor.com/galleries/art/demetrius.jpg)

Quonzar, gnome abjurer (http://www.jessdoor.com/galleries/art/qonzar.jpg)

Lavidha d'Jorasco, halfling bard and her mount Hayai (http://www.jessdoor.com/galleries/art/lavidha4.jpg) (Yami's character)

The Company of Riders outside their home in northeast Breland, Brightstone Keep (http://www.jessdoor.com/galleries/art/brightstone.jpg)

Yami will be thrilled to know that you referenced her work on the 'Forged, Joni-San.

I've got to second this one. Freakin' awesome!

That's one of the best 'forged pics I've seen, and definitely my favorite.

As a bit of a side note: Where can I find the tauric belt?
JohnnyONeal

03-16-05, 11:02 PM
Darren Calvert is awesome. (The Tauric belt's in the ECSB.)

Incidentally, the warforged by Brian Baum was actually something he did for me. (At the time I was trying to put an adventure on the Eberron Journal, but I dragged my feet and that piece of art was the only thing to show for it.)

I'll be adding that piece to the Gallery now and contacting Honesty Algebra soon. :)

Though this is clearly in another league, Eberron art junkies should be sure to check out the concept art on the Eberron Journal's gallery page (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/gallery.html).

Also, there is more random bad and/or reference art at http://www.nazro.net/sketchbook/

Found this gem by hiryuu over at the DDO boards (That place is a goldmine for some reason :D)

Here are a couple of illustrations I did, due to the fact that Eberron is, as they say, teh roxxorz!!! :D

You have no idea how grateful I am that you got the scimitars right.

All throughout D&D, and especially on the covers of certain Realms novels I see things they call scimitars that are ACTUALLY sabers. It's been getting under my skin, as ancient weaponry is a hobby and a field of study for me. It's also part of the reason I got involved with D&D in the first place. To see things so clearly mislabeled...

Yay! Artwork!

I wish I could draw well :( Ive got so many picture ideas in my head, poses and all, but I can't do detail worth a damn. I'd love to find someone who could do a good picture of Tash for me (in my sig)

Both the Valenar and the Warforged are really, really good :dancin:. I'm linking to your Gallery (http://www.enworld.org/Pozas/gallery_main.html) :cheer:

And since everybody has done it I'm doing it too: Steve Presccot's site (http://www.rottface.com/) :P

I found Wayne Reynold's site here (http://www.onlinegamescompany.com/war/) :)

I thought I'd also link to the EBCS-Book Art-Gallery (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/eb/20040618a), the Sharn (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ag/20041112a) gallery and the (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/eb/20050114a) various (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/eb/20040716a) adventures (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/eb/20040917a). And the MM3 for good measure (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ag/20040903a).

Just to make sure I'm linking to the Original Art section of the Journal (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/originalart.html).

Lee Moyer has a nice gallery (http://www.leemoyer.com/) :D

We all know DMAC by now (http://www.darrenmacalvert.com/) :)

Should I change the title of the thread to "The Comprehensive Eberron Art Thread"? :thinks:

I'm playing a chaotic good warforged barbarian with the Adamantine Body feat, named Dreadnought. He plans to become a warforged juggernaut. If anyone could find (or draw) a suitable picture, I'd be much obliged.

Thanks! :)

Just wanted to say thank you for all the kudos in this thread. I've been trying to squeeze in some new Eberron pieces but my free time has been at a bit of a premium lately...

Cheers. ;)

Meet Toox, a Changeling Rogue/Wizard by Yami (http://www.jessdoor.com/galleries/art/toox.jpg) :dancin:

The Gallery (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/gallery.html) over at the Journal has gained two new pieces by Lee Moyer. These are; Following Orders (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/following-orders.jpg) and The process of creation (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/following-orders-progress.jpg)

And if a WizO is reading this, could you please change the thread name to "The Comprehensive Eberron Art Thread", pretty please? I would have done it myself but it seems like a normal edit doesn't work

The Races of Eberron Art Gallery is online (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ag/20050413a) :dancin:

BTW Does anybody think that this thread would be a good stickie?

After being absent for a few days I notice that there is a new article in the Eberron page filled with Eberron PC portraits (http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/eb/20050420a). I like the style :mage:

While Lords of Madness (http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ag/20050415a) is not exclusive to Eberr@n the art is nice :dancin:

And I see that Dungeon magazine (http://paizo.com/image/product/catalog/TSR/TSR82123_500.jpeg) wrote Eberron right this time :P

A bunch of people have already seen the Sharn (http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/15940483/) picture I drew, but I might as well link to it here, too.

I drew a couple more Eberron-related pictures...

Bastian Tierandiel (http://www.deviantart.com/view/17427256/), a noir-style detective in noir-style lighting.
Bastian (http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/17235201/) from the side and in color.

Thaelaes Ruddiwyre (http://www.deviantart.com/view/17349918/), a second-storey burglar.
Thaelaes (http://www.deviantart.com/view/17560825/), again, being sneaky.

I have also decided to link to Yami's site (http://www.jessdoor.com/) and to a Comic by Honesty (http://plutonium35.com/) :)

And last but not least, if anyone is interested there is a thread (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=232892) taking requests. It's not Eberr@n specific, but you can change that :P
