An orcball tournament seems like a great way to introduce a bit of intrigue. Blackmail? Fixing games? Betting? Its all there :D On another note, the Real Roleplay boards might not be the best place for this kind of thing, it sounds like such a big project that it warrants its own set of boards or at least multiple threads.

Team Captans should be like 4th lvl. while players should start out at first or second lvl.
