A polar continent populated and controlled by the remnants of the original Goblinoid races at the height of their glory. Perhaps a sort of "Khyber-dwelling" people.(trapped and unaware of the outside world for the most part)

Could be a good way to introduce a new threat and add more fuel to the fire that is "The Last War: Take Two" when the nations and kingdoms of Khorvaire are presented with the uncertainty of a goblinoid empire in full swing.

An unexplored and mysterious continent just south of Khorvaire.
A small continent of elves.
A continent inhabited by dragons.
A continent of ice.
A continent where the human race originated.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

No ideas but if Eberron is the same size as earth there is about 5000+ miles of it not shown on the Eberron map. Plenty of room for a continent or two.

What about a continent where what was left of the original warforged from Xen'thik went to and started their society. the warforged may not look or act anything like the current warforged but may have the history and knowledge of what has happened since the beginning. Be a great place for a party to find and gain knowledge what happened in the past and how things came about. Kind of a mystical place. Like the forged learned how to bind elementals from the giants and they bound storm elementals around their contentient and built reefs to keep people out and way from their lives. Just kinda makes it hard to get in. just an idea.

or like someone else said a continent where the dragons reside.

or one full of dinosaurs, jurassic park style. I dont know its just me. i like dinos and want to get some use out of my fiendish tyranosaur mini.

Anoither continent to the east of Sarlona, where the inhabitants have been conquered by a creature that forces them to operate in a hive mind.

This creature's minions have begun a subtle invasion of Sarlona, subverting the inhabitants one-by-one.

The trick? Those subverted by the hive mind never truly sleep...

Another idea is an island inhabited soley by epic-level NPCs. They are prevented from leaving by the energies emitted by the intelligent Artifact known as Plaht.

Actually, it seems to me that a remnant population of ancient WF wouldn't really need to live on a continent: they don't breathe, so could have simply walked out into the ocean and settled on the sea floor. Apart from Shargon's Teeth, we know virtually nothing about the undersea nations of Eberron. Heck ... that huge swath of inland sea in the heart of Xen'drik could be home to an entire civilization of WF remnants, and so long as they didn't want to be found, the Khorvaireans would never know it! ;-)
