Other soundtracks [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-14-04, 10:58 AM What, if any soundtracks do ya'll use during your games? Currently I am pluged into the Shards of Eberron one, it's cool, but what others would or do you use in your games?
A good one I like is the WarCraft 3 soundtrack. It's not traditional fantasy music so it's better suited IMO for a Eberron game. Others like the Tomb raider 2 cd, Sky Captian and the World of Tomarrow, Crimson Skys (X-box game in case ya don't know) the van Helsing cd, Scorpion King, and the Indiana Jones collection to name a few of mine.

Star Wars soundtracks
pretty much anything by Midnight Syndicate (dark; horror themed music)
Dark Age of Camelot soundtrack
some music from Manheim Steamroller (but not very much)
A-team intro music

11-14-04, 04:46 PM I was thinking about some of Danny Elfman's stuff. The sample tracks from the Eberron CD are somewhat reminiscent of his style for me (although more subtle than some of Elfman's arrangements).
