Packmate (MoE) - Hold Item? [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-01-05, 12:47 PM The Packmate in Magic of Eberron lists a Special Quality called "hold item". The other abilities, "throw flask", "feed potion" and "ready item" are all described, but "hold item" is not.

Has there been an official ruling/errata on what "hold item" does?

As for what it is meant, I'm willing to bet that it was folded into the Ready Item ability, but they forgot to remove it from the stats block.
