OneWinged4ngel 03-14-07, 03:56 AM	No, but I assume you're either referring to Bracelet of Wands or Wand Bracer. In the first case, Magic of Eberron has it overpriced at 25,000, and Magic Item Compendium has it more reasonably at 12,000. In the second, it's in Dungeonscape.
wolffman007 03-14-07, 01:55 PM	there was a reference to this particular item back in Sept of 2004 "the bracer of wands is from a dragon magazine that featured gnomes and thier magic items. the bracer allowed up to 6 wands to be inserted into it and the wearer could use any of the wands he desired as if he were holding it in his hand (only one wand could be used each round) .the only drawback was that the wands could be sundered very easily as they could be targeted directly without penalty." thats what im looking for i know theres a wand bracer or some such in dungeonscape, but thats not it either nor is it the wand bracelet from MOE im still needing to check the magic item compendium
