I would appreciate some input into the Price, Item Level, and cost to create, as well as the logistics of such an item! I don't percieve it as being unbalancing (especially in the hands of a half-orc Duskblade). Let me know what you think Amulet of Aresh Price (Item Level): ??? Body Slot: Throat Caster Level: 10th Aura: Strong Illusion Activation: Entering Dreamtouched state takes a full round of meditation; using Dream of Insight takes 8 hours of rest Weight: -- This amulet is a complex knotwork of leather straps, onto which polished pieces of carved turquoise and malachite are threaded in an intricate pattern. Aresh’s Amulet draws minute quantities of energy from its bearers’ mind while dreaming, and as such its’ powers depend on the power of the bearer. Level Abilities 1 Gain the Dream Scion feat while worn; can only ever be used once daily, Dreamtouched state lasts for a number of rounds equal to 3+your (improved) Wisdom modifier 4 May gain the benefits of one of the following while in a Dreamtouched State: Dream of the Moment, Dream of Strength, Dream of Instinct; Dreamtouched state lasts for a number of rounds equal to 4+your (improved) Wisdom modifier 7 May use Dream of Perception once every three days; Dreamtouched state lasts for a number of rounds equal to 5+your (improved) Wisdom modifier 10 May use Dream of Insight once weekly; Dreamtouched state lasts for a number of rounds equal to 6+your (improved) Wisdom modifier 13 May use Dream of Contact once per week; Dreamtouched state lasts for a number of rounds equal to 7+your (improved)Wisdom modifier Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Dream Cost to Create: ???
