Ok, quick question. How many metamagic feats can I have applied to an item at a time? I thought I saw someone saying that they ruled it down to one, if anyone could point that out to me that would be great. Also I was wondering what the current ruling on items, such as scrolls, that the artificer makes are. Can a wizard use them, but not scribe them into their spell book? Or can they not use them at all? Thanks.

Yes, somewhere in the FAQ they ruled that you could only apply one metamagic feat at a time using metamagic spell trigger.

On the scrolls, the current rules are that casters can use scrolls for spells that are on thier spell lists, but wizards cannot scribe from an artificer scroll.

Actually, by RAW (per the errata), Artificer scrolls are neither arcane nor divine. Hence, no one able to read only divine or arcane scrolls can use them in any way.

Could anyone be so kind as to show me where that is said? My DM asked to see it. Thanks.
