Grummush_Rogue 03-01-07, 09:04 PM	say a deity, Silver Flame for example, set out mass genicide against warforged, as an organization not a religion. would a 3rd level cleric of the church join (while the Flame has not religous reasons) or turn its back in shame and find a new deity? How far in a church does it take to join in this war? To make it easier, it's a human that was raised in Eldeen Reaches who came to Sharn with no openion except that of which to Flames upholdings are.
tallghost 03-01-07, 09:15 PM	I think you're missing a 3rd option. The cleric might continue to worship the Flame, but refuse to interact with the church. It isn't the organization that grats his power after all, it is his worship of the Flame. i am reminded of the real-life comparison to my great grand father. in the old country, he was a minister, but something happened that made him leave the old country and come here. What ever it was, it was enough to make him split form the church as well. he refused to talk about it, or about religon at all. But he would also hold services in his bed room, by himself, because he still felt his connction to God
