So, I was thinking about the reserve feats, and Eberron in general, and found myself thinking that there should be some way for dragonmark characters to have a reserve feat based off their dragonmarks.

For most of the Dragonmarks I was able to assign an existing Reserve feat, but I had to create a couple because there weren't any that seemed appropriate.

I assigned the different ranks of dragonmarks a spell level equivalence for the purposes of the feats.

Having daily uses of a lesser mark remaining counts as having a 4th level spell available.
Having daily uses of a greater mark remaining counts as having a 6th level spell available.
Having a daily use of a Syberis mark remaining counts as having an 8th level spell available.

Primarily, I want review on my four homebrew reserve feats listed at the end of the section.

Dragonmark Reserve
Prerequisite: Any Lesser, Greater, or Syberis True Dragonmark.

You are able to channel a small amount of the power of your mark at anytime as a supernatural ability.

You gain a Reserve Feat based on your dragonmark, which is in turn fuels the feat. The feat works as discribed in either complete mage or complete champion, with the following exceptions.
You may use the feat only if you have uses of your lesser, greater, or syberis dragonmark power remaining.
Lesser marks are treated as the equivilant of having a 4th lvl spell remaining.
Greater Marks are treated as a 6th level spell.
Syberis marks are treated as an 8th level spell.
The caster level bonus from the feat applies instead to your effective caster level for your dragon mark abilities.

*
Constant North: As long as you have a use of your lesser (or better) dragonmark remaining, you constantly know true north. This also provides a bonus to survival checks to avoid getting lost or to navagate, equal to your highest available mark of finding power. +1 cl on your dragon mark powers.

Empathic Handling: As long as you have a use of your lesser (or better) dragonmark remaining, you may use Wild empathy as a druid, except in place of your class level, use the level equivilant of your highest available dragonmark power. For example, if you have greater mark of handling use left, you roll 1d20 + 6 (for the greater mark) + your charisma bonus. +1 CL on your dragon mark powers.

Feed the Masses: As long as you have a use of your lesser (or better) dragonmark remaining, you may create a nurishing but flavorless gruel. This takes 15 minutes, and creates enough to feed a number of full sized adults equal to the level equivilance of your highest available dragonmark power. +1 CL on your dragon mark powers.

Reparing Touch: This works exactly the same as Touch of Healing (CC) except that it repairs items or constructs, and does not heal living creatures.

Linguistic Prodegy: As long as you have a use of your lesser (or better) dragonmark remaining, you gain a bonus on Decifer Script skill equal to the level equivilant of your highest available dragonmark, and can use decifer script even if you aren't trained in the skill. Also, you gain half that number of bonus languages. You select these each day, and are fluent in those languages. If you use up all of your uses of your highest level dragonmark, you lose some of these languages.
For example, if you have a greater mark, you would get three languages. If you used up your greater mark uses for the day, but still had lesser dragonmark uses left, you would lose fluency in one of those bonus languages of your choice. If you then used up your lesser dragon mark uses for the day, you would lose both remaining bonus languages.
