Okay so here's the hypothetical situation

I take the Least Dragonmark (Healing, Cure light wounds) feat, and the Dragonmark Prodigy (Healing, Lesser Vigor) feat.

If I then take the Dragonmark prestige class, with the Improved Least Mark ability, and I decide to get a new spell like ability, can I pick Stabilize?

Based on the Dragonmark Prodigy feat and the Dragonmark Heir prestige class, I would say yes.

The Dragonmark Prodigy specifically states you gain a new least dragonmark SLA, therefore both Lesser Vigor and Stabilize are considered least mark SLA (if you have the Dragonmark Prodigy Feat).

The Dragonmark Heir PrC at 2nd level grants Improved Least Dragonmark. Which states you "can select second spell-like ability associated with the least dragonmark" of your house.

Since you already have the Dragonmarke Prodigy feat, I would say you can select Stabilize as an SLA when you attain Improved Least Dragonmark.
