| The_Devourer11-11-07, 12:05 PM | I've gone through about 3 campaigns in Eberron, all as the DM. While I would love greatly to play in it, the players I've got really aren't up for it yet. But flipping through the books, I've noticed something; most of the artifacts in Eberron aren't really that impressive. I think there was only one or two that were really cool. So I started making my own and thought that maybe other DM's of Eberron have done the same. In time I will post mine here (I did about 5 new ones, all specific for the Dark Six, and working on more), but I would like to hear/read everyone elses. |

Possibly his own skull when the Dark Six and the Sovereign Host walked the world of Eberron, or maybe just a bizarre object from the depths of Khyber. But none can deny it's potency. Upon looking into the eyes of the skull, the bearers must make a will save DC 30 or IMMEDIATLY have their wisdom become 1 and enter a continual bloodlust. For every 5 sentient and intelligent (simple definition-the ability to speak) creatures that the bearer kills in his murderous rampage, the wisdom score of the bearer increases by 1. This pattern continues until their wisdom is 10. At this point, the slaughter is no longer compulsory, but the ability to increase the bearers wisdom has not diminished. Theoretically, the bearer can continue to raise their wisdom to nearly legendary heights as long as they possess the skull. If the skull is ever removed from their possession, then their wisdom score returns to what it was before they picked up the skull. |

So far I've done: The Eye of Kyber-a fist sized obsidian orb that is burning hot to the touch(planar gateway to Fernia) The Original Sacred Text of Vvaraak-Sacred scroll with a permanat Easy Trail spell placed upon it. |
