Where can I find info on Aberrant marks of higher level than Least? In the ECS it seems like Least is it; is it possible to spend extra feats to get higher-powered Aberrant marks? If so where do I read more about this?

As Dragoon said, Dragonmarked is the way to go.

There is no single progression for the aberrant marks like with the true marks - each and every lesser mark can follow every least mark. Oh, and there are even more feats in that book which give you other cool abilities related to your mark.

I created an Aberrant Khyber mark and gave one of my bad guys levels in "Heir of Khyber" for a game I am running if you decide to go that route it was the 8th lvl greater shout spell. This is just a thought.:D

There aren't any. That's sort of the whole point of Aberrant Dragon Marks; they're random mutations. Give the description of Aberrant Dragon Mark a close and careful read (ECS P.47) especially this sentence:

You can never improve this mark in any way, and you can never gain a second mark.

Which was superceeded by the book Dragonmarked, as Cifer and DragoonDarkfire pointed out. Within it, there are Lesser and Greater Aberrant marks. Flavor wise, the explanation is that these more powerful marks have only recently returned to the population.

Ah, news to me. I don't have that book, or many of the other supplements for Eberron. Even so, I think I'll stick to the basics on this one, and keep Aberrant marks as they are in the ECS ;)

Actually, I'd advise to change it, for a relatively simple reason: The War of the Mark was fought because Aberrants were feared for their madness, connected with their mighty abilities - the Lady of Plague is an example for that. I daresay people would not be quite as frightened of the mighty Lady of Burning Hands.

I agree, Dragonmarked add whole new realms of flavor for Dragonmarks and Aberrant marks which was sadly missing.

I actually came up with a standard Aberrant dragonmark system akin to the regular ones, very, very similiar to the ones listed in Dragonmarked, only I made it easier to get them, (ala, qualify 1 level lower, ala it's THE DARK SIDE), and simply took the text from the regular ones and applied to the aberant lesser and greater. For the spell list I came up with, I just rolled randomly on the scroll chart at the back of the dmg, player didn't get to choose.

of course, there are only maybe 60 aberrant hiers in my game, and of those 9 have the greater. In the game I'm running, there are 5 Heirs of Kyber (didn't really think I'd be the only one to think of a mark like that) left running around, they're all completely insane, and mumbling madly about the prophecy of "the one who's mind not fractured shall be born under the 13th moon"... ohh, spooky.. lol
