I just got the Eberron Campaign Setting and Magic of Eberron. It is a very impressing world, very imaginative. But some info is missing (just so we buy more books, lol).

Do you know in what source is discuss the stats for a Creation Forge and Major schemas?

In MMIII there are the Warforge Charger and the Warforge Ccout. And in the Secrets of Xendriks there is a Warforge Scorpion (according to the art gallery). Any other types of Warforge and in what source.

Thanks alot! :)

You'll pretty much make them up yourself. The Treaty of Thronehold emancipated the Warforged & all Creation Forges (read: known Creation Forges) were shut down permanently.

In the setting, there are several "unwritten angles" that DM's get to develop on their own and this is one of them.

In MMIII there are the Warforge Charger and the Warforge Ccout. And in the Secrets of Xendriks there is a Warforge Scorpion (according to the art gallery). Any other types of Warforge and in what source.

The WF Titan is in the ECS and the Quorforged (possible precursor to the Warforged) are in Secrets of Xen'Drik. The Psiforged are in Magic of Eberron.

I think the part of the book you're looking for is the bit in the ECS about "Eldritch Machines." As artifact-type things, both creation forges and major schema would probably fall into that category. They otherwise haven't been specifically published yet.

Anyway, welcome to Eberron. Sounds like you've got some ambitious plans.

A Schema is, essentially, a blueprint for an item or spell. It contains information and, to some extent, the ability to build item(s).

They don't have stats since they're objects, just like books and flapjacks.
If your players don't know how to build them, and they probably shouldn't, you just need to figure out what abilities they can grant.

As others said, the stats for the first two things are irrelevant since they are Eldritch Machines - essentially plot devices. They can do exactly as much as the DM wants them to do. I doubt there will ever be explicit rules for them.

I was hopping that Creation Forge would give the creator access to bonus Item Creation feats, like Craft Constructs, and maybe a pool of free XP per day. I guess that is what there going to do. lol.

Continuing with the Warforge, they can't become sorcerer right? No dragon bloodline. And They can become monks but since they have a +2 armor bonus, they don't benefit from most of the monk's abilities.

I was hopping that the Warforge Scorpion would be exactly like a real scorpion, but with armor bonus and all the traits of the living construct. In other words that Warforge was a template. Maybe ith a little work form my part it can.

Thanks for all the answer.:)

The draconic bloodline thing is a possible explanation for sorcerous powers, but any sort of weird heratige is also usable, as is "Natural Talent", depending on your DM.

In the case of Warforged, sorcerers were probably built with special components that allow their casting and instinctive discovery of new spells.

Also, Wargforged with Unarmoured Body or without any 1st-level body feats can use monk abilities. While they have an armour bonus, they are not classed as wearing any armour.

Wrong. Everyone can become a sorcerer since the "dragonblooded" is a myth. A WF might become a sorcerer if e.g. someone spilled magical stuff (a dragonshard, blood of a magical animal,...) into him while he was created.
If sorcery was only transmitted by draconic blood, there should be damn few sorcerers since Eberron dragons don't screw around with petty mortals quite as often as the dragons of other settings seem to do.

And They can become monks but since they have a +2 armor bonus, they don't benefit from most of the monk's abilities.
Wrong again. A WF with normal composite plating is not considered to be wearing armor. He's got some advantages and disadvantages that coincide with those of armour, but I dare you to find the lines "The composite plating is [light/medium/heavy] armor" or "For the purpose of class abilities, A WF is considered to be wearing [light/medium/heavy] armor". Compare this to the wording of the Adamantine Body: "...and you are considered to be wearing heavy armor" or Mithral body: "...and you are considered to be wearing light armor".

As artifact-type things, both creation forges and major schema would probably fall into that category.

A major schema would work just like a minor schema but with a higher level spell. House Cannith artificers would spend all day swapping out the schema on the creation forges to keep them churning out new warforged to fill the ranks of the armies of Khorvaire.

Picture it as a giant machine with rows of schema laid out in arrays leading towards the pile of parts in the center. The Cannith triggers the start of the process and the schema fire off their stored energy building the warforged in a dazzling crescendo of light and sound. As soon as the schema are discharged, dozens of workers begin pulling the discharged schema from their places and inserting duplicate copies while someone leads off the new warforged and others place more of the component parts in the center of the forge for the next firing.

The schema are the machines that built the warforged, but since a schema can only discharge it's energy once a day, the forges would have rooms filled with precrafted schema to be swapped out during long production runs. The Forges themselves are just the assembly area that allows all the component parts to come together in one place very quickly and efficiently. If a mislabelled or intentionally sabotaged schema was substituted for any one of the dozens that are used in the crafting of a warforged, the results could be devastating.

I have no doubts that this "Becoming God" of the warforged and the Mourning are linked and I will find the answers I seek to my questions in the forges in Metrol. I can only hope the schema there are still intact, with them I may be able to unlock the horror of that day. I doubt I will be able to find any exidence of who may have tampered with the schema, but if there was sabotage, I may find the key to reversing the Mourning.

Players guide to eberron, secrets of sarlona and 5 nations are the best supplements to eberron im aware of.

Magic of eberron has some additional information on schemas.

While I very much like the description you've supplied, it is, in the end, conjecture just as my suggestion was.

I picture the schemas, the lost-knowledge types of things that (among other things) provided the basis for constructing the warforged, to be somewhat metaphysical. I mean, a schema supplied data on how to create a thinking being possibly with its own soul. That's a bit beyond the minor schema, which is basically an "eternal scroll."

Then again, it could just be that I'm equating schemas to be somewhat along the lines of STCs from WH40K. Difference of views, I suppose.

Since the destruction of House Vol, the vast majority of dragons do not willingly mate with non-dragon creatures. The typical D&D sorcerer would be very rare in Eberron.

However, most of the sorcerers, rather than claiming to have draconic heritage, say that they have ties to the 3 mystical dragons that created the world as opposed to the real dragons.

So yes, any race can be a sorcerer, warforged or otherwise.

I love the idea of the creation forge giving freee XP and access to item creation feat.

I would say, depanding on the power of the forge, that it could give 100 to 1000 XP a day. Also craft construct and, agin depanding on the power of the forge, craft arms and armor, craft wondrous items. Maybe wands, staffs, rods and rings. But these objects don't seem to come out of a «forge», even if a creation forge is just a name for a Eldritch Machines.

But a player would need the schemas with the spell needed to create magical objects, for the forge to work. Lets say he wants to create a belt of giantkin, it would need a schema with bull's stenght.

Is this reasonable?

Rings are most definitely forged. Wands just reek enough of mass production, so they're more or less in, too.

It's an Eldritch Machine. If you want it to be powerful, that's what it is.

I like to think of it as though some high 'n mighty artificer in House Cannith declared "hey, why are we wasting entire DAYS or WEEKS training these warforged wizards? Nothing's stopping me from building a plain ol' magic suit of armor that can cast magic missile a few times a day; why don't we try building warforged with charges-per-day spells the same way? They're really just big walking magic items, after all."

Voila, one of the creation forges starts cranking out a line of warforged with magic missile and burning hands, 3 or 4 charges/day. Due to the same mysterious magical variances that give warforged living-creature-like traits, it has a few extra 0-level spells per day. Much like a warforged who takes levels in Warforged Juggernaut and spontaneously grows spikes, it starts developing more charges and new spells as it grows and learns. The House Cannith artificer is as surprised as anyone, but takes all the credit.

Warforged sorcerors as an experimental version developing along it's own path? I like it, I like it alot. They were trying to build an eternal wand effect that was integral to the warforged frame and they triggered a latent magical ability in their creations. It gives a warforged an explanation for his arcane talents, shows that Cannith was constantly trying to improve on their designs and fits completely with the fact that no one has yet to explain how it is the warforged managed to develop personalities.

I was all aginst WF being built and trained as Sorcerers until I read this. I like it alot!

I'm not even sure if that's necessary. If the "dragonblooded" thing is a myth, then there doesn't need to be any physical component to sorcery at all. Sorcery could just be a talent, like a gift for playing the piano, and something that crops up naturally -- perhaps it's bound to the soul rather than to the body.

I don't like the "someone accidentally spilled dragon's blood in the Forge" thing because it conjures up images of tons of workers just happening to drag big ungainly drums of dragon's blood through the factory just so there can be PC Warforged Sorcerers.

I said "blood of a magical animal" or "dragonshards". Argonessen might be a bit angry if dragon parts were used in production of constructs.
It would start with someone letting a dragonshard slip into the mix and the WF developing sorcery (and being somewhat more frail than the standard issue ones). Then someone would inquire how this happened until someone put one and one together.
