While I know that we shall eventually have the conversion notes for all the Savage Tide adventures, I'm curious if anyone has any ideas on how to adapt the Sea Wyvern's journey through the Abyss to Eberron cosmography. My initial idea is that the various realms are to be found in either Shavarrath or floating in Kythri, but I'd like your ideas/opinions.

Use Khyber.

Yes, I'm going to use Keith's suggestion that Khyber contains within it much more space than its physical dimensions would allow, being packed with extradimensional demiplanes controlled by powerful unique fiends.

One opinion I found on another board suggests making the Styx part of Khyber's bloodstream, and having it flow through the various demiplanes in Khyber. It's not too hard having it also flow near parts of Khyber that are manifest zones to other planes, just as there are manifest zones on Eberron. This also explains why you can find demons loose on many different planes.

Taking the idea even further, perhaps the demiplanes are how the dragons captured and bound the fiends in the first place, connecting them to their individual realms in such a way they couldn't (theoretically) leave or influence the planes above. The demiplanes gave them a place to lord over, and the dragons may have thought the demons would be content with that. Over time, the rajahs found ways to get around it (Cults of the Dragon Below), and are constantly testing the limits of their captivity. The Savage Tide could simply be the way Demogorgon gets the power to break his chains.
