I'm converting the Maul of Glacial Heights (SoX 151) to a legacy item for one of my players. I've got most of the powers ironed out, but I'm suffering severe writer's block for the lesser and greater legacy histories and rituals. The least legacy history and ritual I have pertains to a frost giant jarl weilding the weapon as his only weapon to every battle and having to defeat a psionic or extraplanar creature of CR is at least equal to the PC's character level using the maul. I'm open to ideas and suggestions for the lesser and greater histories and rituals.
