andrewknaut 01-19-08, 08:51 PM	So I'm taking Eberron around 100 years into the feature, in a time when Vol comes out of hiding and shows everyone her true power. This is going to cause a bit of an out-roar, due to some people following the Blood of Vol did not know of the true leader, and just saw divinity in blood. So I chose to create a new Domain, and religion called Blood of All. This religion will continue with the idea of power through being raised, and power through blood, but not being undead. The clerics will have spoken to the Deathless and got a bit of a hold of their religion. However, I need to make new domains for this new religion. I was thinking Law, Necromancy for sure, but I'm touching pretty close onto blood of Vol, which I don't know if its truly a bad thing to do. So I could go: Law, Necromancy, Healing and Death. Or maybe: Law, Deathless, Healing and Death? As well their favored weapon will be the great hammer most likely, since they will come to hate Vol, and the warhammer is the best way to get rid of a litch i think. Please tell me what you think, or if you've done something close to this. Thanks
AvonRekaes 01-29-08, 07:50 PM	Well before anyone gets on your case about why the elves would ever share their secrets, let me just stick in my two cents and say that the Elves don't have to be the only source of Deathless creatures and magic. Perhaps there was a major, epic event that happened in Khorvaire at the time Vol unleashed her true power, and some person or another becomes a sorta Tira Miron for your new religion, discovering the power of Irian and channeling it into new forms of necromancy. I any case, if you go with positive energy instead of negative, I think Law, Deathless, Healing, and Repose are your top choices. (Repose is a sorta Non-Evil Death domain, since Death has a few evil spells in it, I think. It can be found in the Spell Compendium).
