AbyssKnight 04-14-07, 10:51 PM	The most powerful dragonmark. While the others are available as feats, Siberys marks are only available through the Heir of Siberys PrC (in the ECS). Note that in order to get into the PrC, you can not have any of the lower dragonmarks.

DyloniusFunk 04-15-07, 12:30 PM	I can't post the exact requirements for the PrC but i will tell you that it requires a lot of ranks in at least two skills, and it's really meant for more towards end game. I have yet to be in an Eberron game that got long enough to take it.

There is a fair use clause in copyright law that allows small portions of the copyrighted material to be reproduced, but as far as these boards are concerned, the working definition of when fair use is violated is "If you give someone enough information from the book that that person is then capable of using the spell/item/feat/whatever without needing the book, then you have crossed the line." Now, you will see, especially on the generic boards, that there are a lot of people posting up full information on feats and spells. The catch is that some material has been specifically okay'ed by WotC for public use (aka, they made it open source, and not subject to as strict of copyright laws). The open source material is very specific, and is spelled out in the SRD (Systems Referance Document), the links to which are in my signature. Anything you find listed in the SRD you are free to reproduce to your heart's content. You could even print them out and sell them, if you could find somebody dumb enough to buy them. Anything that is not in the SRD is not open source, and you can't reproduce it. If caught putting up closed source information, you will probably only get the info deleted from your post by a WizO along with a "knock it off" PM, especially if it looks like you did it accidentally. If it looks like you intentionally did it, knowing that it was closed source, you'll likely get an official warning (and three of those will get you banned from the boards). Really BIG infractions, like posting links to places to illegally download PDFs of the books may very well get you a nice letter by registered mail from WotC's legal department (since they have your IP number, they can get your real name and address easily enough, should they so desire). So, yeah, we can describe it to you with vague comments, but we can't really tell you specific things about any of it.
DyloniusFunk 04-21-07, 12:13 AM	Well said Edy:w00t: :dancin: The PrC is actually in the Eberron Campaign Setting book which is the miniumum amount of books you need to be in an Eberron game. So as long as you have that one book you're all set
