New Idea: Spellwarped Dragonmarks. A spellwarped dragonmark contains two level 4 spells.

Spellwarped dragonmarks are extremely rare and created when a Siberys dragonmark or Greater Dragonmark are exposed to a massive amount of raw arcane energy. The only person to have a Spellwarped dragonmark in Khorvaire is the Lord of Blades, who has a Spellwarped Dragonmark of Making.
All Spellwarped Dragonmarks are at will and CL 10th.

Unless, in your game, the Lord of Blades is a renegade Cannith artificer wearing a warforged costume, I don't see how he could have any kind of dragonmark.

History of LoB: He was Aaron d'Cannith. One day while he was tinkering a couple ways to truly become a warforged, he accidentaly fell in the creation forge. The bonding of a warforged and human rebirthed him with a spellwarped mark of making. The intense energies also were too powerful for the creation forge, and that's what caused the day of mourning. He was reborn with a hatred of all that is flesh.

I'm intrigued by the idea of a dragonmarked that gets mutated by exposure to too much radia-- umm... I mean, too much arcane energy. I wanted to get some clarification on a couple of points on how you envision this phenomenon, though.

Would this spellwarped DM lose all of the previously associated powers in the process of being warped, or would the spellwarped abilities be tacked onto the other powers that the character already has?

Mechanically, do you see these new abilities as being from a feat or a PrC?

I'd say a Feat. You'd lose all the previous dragonmark powers.

But you'd lose the dragonmark because you'd no longer be human...

... just like our dear Mark or Death carrying Liche.

Sadly, that's not the case.
Wizards officially said that you don't lose access to the mark.
Edymnion officially said that this is a load of bull, which is my opinion in a nutshell, too.

Just do what Mort_Q's sig says. Change the rules to fit you.

Where does it say this btw? Just curious. I own all the books (well, all the Eberron books) and knowing where to start looking would save some time.

Guess: Errata or FAQ.
