Diraan Bastion: Any stats? [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-03-07, 08:47 AM Has anyone ever statted out the "famous" Exorcist? I thought he would have some levels of the Exorcist of the Silver Flame PrC but I'm not so sure now that I consider his battle methods and inability to shoot a bow.

Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, angry recriminations?

08-03-07, 12:49 PM Well statistically it's be almost impossible to make him terrible with a bow.

His abilities with thrown weapons (including killing people in one shot with broken bits of bottles) bespeak a high base attack bonus and high dexterity.

Even if he's nonproficient with bows that'd just be a -4 penelty, he's probably with it than a first level ranger who plans on following the archery path if you want to go by pure statistics.

IIRC, I'd say he's a Rogue 5/Assassin 8/Cleric 7. He has Hide in Plain Sight (level 8 Assassin), and the ability to turn a lich. I don't think he can do that as an Exorcist, not to mention that he did not simply censure the rakshasha in Book I.
