Minus Argonnessen because the Dragons of Eberron Map Gallery is nonexistant.

Enjoy.

Looking at a map like this begs the question of where to locate the official "prime meridian" of Eberron.

Map's that I've produced have the Prime Meridian passing through Thronehold—in fact, through the ancient Seat of Galifar—in keeping with presumed cartographic reform in the Kingdom's early years, an example of the same sort of activity that produced the Arcane Congress.

This map seems to have the Prime Meridian passing through someplace in Sarlona or Argonnessen, which may indeed have been the case with maps used by Lhazaar and her contemporaries.

The semi-tropical climate of southern Breland (Sharn, etc.) has me thinking that th equator would run through the Straits of Shargon or at least the northern section of Xen'drik. Stormreach vicinity, perhaps? But there may be text to contradict the notion.

The equator is well-known from the world map in the Eberron Campaign Setting, and does indeed pass through northern Xen'drik and Argonnessen, and southern Aerenal and Sarlona.

Unlike the equator—which is determined by the rotation of the planet—the location of the prime meridian—the zero point of longitude, or east-west direction—is determined as a matter of law and tradition, and it's that line about which I am curious.

It's possible that each organization involved in seafaring has a different point: the Lhazaar may use the ancient reference point in Sarlona, the regular commercial sailors of the Five Nations use Thronehold, and the Dragonmarked houses use yet another reference point, possibly either Stormhome or Passage.

If so, it would make charts and coordinate references from one organization nearly unreadable by the others, and possibly prone to mistakes, if one is navigating from a different sort of chart than one expects.

I used GIMP 2.4 with some textures I took from real world satellite photos (half mile resolution). Use a soft brush for your clone tool around the edges, it makes all the difference.

I would put the prime meridian in Thronehold. Since equirectangular doesn't care what longitude you use as your center with regard to distortion, I didn't rotate it so that it is centered there.

I'm very impressed, sir, GIMP isn't really the easiest graphics program to work with and you've done a truly spectacular job. It looks quite realistic for that. *applause*

Thank you.

I moved it so Thronehold's along the Prime Meridian and colored in the shallow seas. It looks a lot better now.
