It's a small city, with representatives from all the dragonmarked houses and all the Five Nations, and rife with intrigue, and with some mystery from its past, having been considered to be haunted or cursed before Galifar set up his seat of government there. Anyway, I was wondering how many GM's made use of Thronehold as a launchpoint for their campaigns, or if they tended to use the place as a climactic ending spot for their campaign. |

The island is itself a sketch of history and a mirror of the world, and may well be used as an introduction to the world. However, how successful the campaign will be would rely more on your ability in conducting urban adventure than on that in doing dungeon and wild adventures. But anyways, from my point of view, urban adventure is an inevitable part of most Eberron campaigns. |
