Therefore couldnt there in theory be Khyber Dragonmarks? Corrupted or Tainted dragonmarks from the realm of khyber? just a thought let me know what you think.

Some schools of thought believe that the various Aberrant Dragomarks are your so-called Khyber Dragonmarks. It could very well be that the Aberrant Dragonmarks are actually True Dragonmarks whose bloodlines the Twelve Houses actively seeks to crush, lest emergence of new Dmarked bloodlines threaten the priveleges that come with having one of the twelve accepted dragonmarks. The call is up to you since you are the DM.
