Nowhere is a town in Breland along the lightning rail line.

Ironically enough, I can find it nowhere among my books.

Does anyone know if this has been detailed in any of the Eberron campaign setting material?

I do not think there is any detailed information on the town in any of the books, although I thought I read about it somewhere in one of the many articles on Eberron.

I seem to remember something along the lines of this in Explorer's Handbook. Maybe?

Explorer's Handbook, page 83

According to one map I've seen created, it is located along the lightning rail line south of Hatheril, where it joins the line between Wroat and Starilaskur.

Myself, I plan on having whatever treasure seek next hidden inside the base of a statue. Located, of course, in a park in the middle of Nowhere.

I forgot about the lightening rail station picture, when I had looked at the map I did not see anything in that area.

It appears that the Explorers Handbook map in the front of the book shows the station as being in Aundair. I think it is supposed to be between the Dragon's Crown and Hatheril where the lightening rail splits.

Nice, thanks Gurv.

I must have seen it at one point and put it into the back of my brain somewhere because when I was fleshing it out sans information, I imagined it was basically a lightning rail station and nothing much else.

My PCs are only passing through, but I do love to describe the travelling with some level of detail and accuracy. I think that's kind of an Eberron flavor thing.

Not every single village, hamlet, town, etc that exists in Khorvaire on the map. Those are more just noteworthy ones. If you want to put a town or a station anywhere along the Lightning Rail, just put it on there.

Yeah, I'll do that as necessary.

In this case, my players are taking a lightning rail from Wroat to Starislaskur and I noticed it passed through Nowhere on the map of Breland in the Five Nations book. I always try to look any city or feature on a map to add its flavor text to my game - only this one I couldn't find, ironically enough.

Funny thing about Nowhere, lad.
I just rode the rail down from Aundair and I must have dozed off for a bit when we passed Nowhere, because I never saw it.
Shame, because I was hoping to see if the rumours were true about the clock tower there.

Thing is, no-one else I asked on the train I asked had seen it either, though the engineer I asked said we should definiately have been able to see it. (Though I noted later that he never actually said he'd seen it himself.)

I'm thinking of stopping off at Stillwater on the way back to Fairhaven for a few days, getting a horse and riding over to see the tower in person.
I have a cousin who comes from Nowhere you know... funny chap.

This thread makes me think of the Gambler.

On a warm summer's evening,
On a train bound for Nowhere,
I met up with a gambler,
And we were both too tired to sleep.
So we took turns a staring,
Out the window at the darkness,
Till boredom overtook us,
And he began to speak.

And so on, its just the opening lines but eh.

Nowhere is mentioned briefly in Five Nations I believe.
