11-18-07, 09:00 PM		What is the relationship between the command structures of the orders of Ministers and Templars in the Church of the Silver Flame? The Player's Guide to Eberron implies that the Templars have a separate command structure and are independent of the Ministers, while Faiths of Eberron isn't quite as explicit about this.

Does a Bishop (or priest) of the order of Ministers inherently have any direct authority over members of the order of Templars (or Friars) who happen to be operating within his district, or are the templars in question essentially independent operatives answerable only to their own command structure?
